Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Denver serves over 50,000 people annually. In addition to our main offices in Denver, we operate three regional offices: Glenwood Springs, Greeley and Fort Collins.

We serve people in need throughout the northern half of Colorado, from the Western Slopes to the Denver metro area to the northern regions of Weld and Larimer County.

Our Services by Category


Adoption – Our experienced, compassionate staff offer personalized, high-quality services to birth parents, adoptive families and individuals involved in past adoption. We provide this service to people across Colorado.




Child Care Center_CC

Child Care – We offer six (6) child care centers in the Metro Denver Area. We provide early childhood education for infants – preschool as well as educational services to parents and families.




Counseling  – We’re here to listen and to help. We offer several types of counseling including pregnancy, individual, family, marriage, school based and outpatient counseling services in the Denver Metro Area.



Emergeny Services_CC Response

Emergency Assistance  – Mostly one-time financial assistance to families and individuals who can prove a state of emergency. We can also address needs for prescription assistance or referrals. Serving Denver Metro, Larimer County, Weld County and the Western Slope.






Foster Care  – We equip and support foster families who provide stable, loving environments for children in out-of-home placements. Our Foster-Adopt program serves those who wish to become a “forever family.”



Homeless Shelters  – Meeting the basic needs of homeless individuals and families: safe shelter, warm clothing and food. We provide short- and long-term housing and support services, with a goal of self-reliancy.





housing_catholiccharities5-880x572Housing  – Affordable, service-enriched housing for individuals and families who cannot access decent housing. We offer affordable housing for seniors, families, disabled persons, as well as farm labor housing.




Immgration services_CCImmigration Services  – We provide direct legal assistance and public education to persons with valid legal claims to status in the U.S.



CNS File PhotoLighthouse Women’s Center  –  A licensed medical center helping women make decisions about their reproductive health. An open and non-judgmental atmosphere. Free pregnancy tests, free ultrasounds, free counseling and referrals.





CounselingPregnancy Counseling  – We offer guidance to individuals, couples, families and/or significant others facing an unplanned pregnancy.



kinshipRelatives Raising Children (Kinship)  – We strengthen families through support groups, material assistance, and referrals for relatives acting as primary caregiver.

Benefit assistance, case management and referrals, chronic disease management and the Mulroy Senior Center in Denver.
