Front Desk Volunteer

Description

Volunteers are needed to help at the front desk to assist with monitoring the front door, client intake, resident check in, mail and answereing phones.

Daytime Shifts: Duties include assistance with light office routines such as answering phones, greeting and guiding visitors, etc.

Evening/Weekend/Overnight Shifts: Duties include assistance with light office routines as well as assistance wtih shelter residents as they enter the center (signing in, etc.)

Days and Hours

Evening, overnight and weekend hours are available (flexible)

Qualifications

Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older with good customer service and computer skills.

Required Training

All volunteers are required to attend an Orientation Class and the Called To Protect class.
