The Gabriel Project serves pregnant women and women of young children in need by providing material, emotional and spiritual support. Clothing from New-born to size 5 toddler, diapers from size New-born to size 6, formula, baby food, blankets, wipes, and baby toiletries are provided.
Launched by the Archdiocese of Denver in 2001, The Gabriel Project transitioned from the Archdiocese of Denver to become a ministry of Catholic Charities in July 2013.
Currently, the project operates five facilities – called “Gabriel Houses” – located throughout northern Colorado: Denver, Aurora, Boulder and Lakewood. The sixth “Gabriel House” will be opening in Ft. Collins this October. Each Gabriel House provides a central gathering place wherein our families may access education, training and support through The Gabriel Project.
