"Called to Protect" Class Schedule

Protecting Our Children

Catholic Charities joins the Archdiocese of Denver in committing to the promotion of a safe environment for the children and young people in our care.

Catholic Charities abides by the American Bishops' Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People. As part of this charter, all diocesan programs and related entities are encouraged to participate in a safe environment program.

The Church in Denver participates in a safe environment program named Called to Protect™. The Called to Protect sessions are offered to assist parents and children—and those who work with children—in preventing harm to young people. This program continually seeks to incorporate the most useful developments in the field of child protection.
