Catholic Charities offers two unique counseling programs: Home Based Counseling and Regina Caeli Clinical Services. Home Based Counseling reunites children with their families and helps to keep at-risk children in the home by providing intensive in-home counseling services to families. Regina Caeli Clinical Services (RCCS) is a comprehensive, community-based psychological service ministry which follows the Catholic doctrine and Catholic moral teaching.
