Family Transitional Housing
Due to rising rental costs and the limited availability of affordable housing, many Western Slope families are finding themselves in a state of homelessness. Catholic Charities, in cooperation with the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, provides case management and rent assistance for homeless families in Garfield County. The ultimate goal is for each family to develop financial, educational, vocational, and other life skills to end the cycle of homelessness and become self-sufficient. Please call 970-384-2060 or stop by 1004 Grand Avenue, Glenwood Springs for more information.
