An extension of the Adult Case Management Services, this program is designed to meet the needs of mono-lingual Spanish speaking seniors. Our bilingual case managers are able to cross linguistic and cultural boundaries to help seniors with independent living. Shared cultural and linguistic backgrounds enable case managers and Spanish speaking seniors to bond and connect to one another.
